2024-09-07	Aa*****	This app to me is so bad I'm thinking of SWITCHING banks. Used to be great with the quick view but that gone now. Won't let me log in so do the web log in . Sucks now. September 7/24 still sucks what ever I do still says unknown error . Uninstalled, restart phone, install again and same message. Why screw something up that worked flawlessly.

2024-09-06	Ka*****	This used to be a great app. Not any more. Instead of telling you to update, they fail your credentials. After that you can't use wifi or it fails. It requires text message or phone call to initiate which for people with some disabilities and tablets can fail and quick view seems gone unless you set up biometrics which defeats purpose plus you don't see your actual available balance and can only transfer set amounts. I may as well delete this app. Try again to go back to a basic functional app

2024-08-20	Ad*****	This used to work great especialy for mobile deposit, now it is useless. I uninstalled then re-installed but still useless for mobile deposit. It let's you go through the process but once you click Deposit everything disappeared, got no notification, no receipt.

2024-08-04	Tr*****	The app used to work great and was simple and easy to use, now the app is worthless. Since the feature that made the app worth having, being able to launch the app and see quick balances. Now, I have to type my password before I can see my balances. That being the case, I am unistalling the app. If I have to fully login to see my balances on the app, then it's easier to use the website and just remove the app and free up some memory in my devices. Congratulations on making a useless app.

A very high percentage of the time, I have to try uploading the check image over and over before finally having success. Some days, I just give up. Unless I have full 5 bars (5G cell signal), it will usually time out, saying "This device failed to send us any data." Even when it is successful, it takes a long time to upload images. Have consistently had this problem for all years

2023-06-02	M *****	Ruined a once working app. I have installed uninstalled installed the app. Over the last 3 mo. I had been having frequent problems/restartings with the app. But 3 weeks ago, I got a new phone & now when I try to log in it says invalid credentials. FUNNY; I can login online with no problems using the same credentials. Very unhappy.

2023-03-31	Ki*****	This app has worked fine for me for years. Then with the last update I can't even log in. When I try it says "a network connection error has occurred. UnKnownHostException" it is now a useless app. I've tried Uninstalling and re-installing but get the same result.
