LITgo is a modern logistics system designed specifically for restaurants, pizzerias, and food service establishments that deliver food using their own transportation. Our app connects couriers with the dispatcher in real time, automating and organizing the entire delivery process.

FOR COURIER:
Work more conveniently and have full control over your deliveries. The LITgo app provides everything you need for your shift:
• Order Exchange: A transparent list of new orders, with the ability to quickly accept offers.
• Delivery Details: Full information about the order, address, amount to be collected, and customer notes.
• Direct Navigation: Launch maps with a single click and plot the optimal route to your destination.
• Live Chat: The built-in messenger allows you to instantly contact the dispatcher or the entire fleet without having to call.
• Billing and Cash: The financial module constantly calculates your earnings and collected cash, simplifying post-work billing. • Documentation: Ability to upload a photo confirming order delivery (POD).

FOR MANAGERS AND DISPATCHERS:
The mobile app also offers a management view for those coordinating movement:
• LiveMap: Live view of the positions of all available and occupied couriers.
• Order Module: Add new deliveries directly from your phone.
• Billing: Enforce or confirm cash collection from couriers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – TEST PHASE:
The app is currently in open testing (BETA). We are actively collecting feedback from the first drivers and restaurants to improve the system.

Note: To fully utilize the app, an active employee or manager account, previously created in the LITgo administration system by a partner restaurant, is required.
