I think something is missing, I can't submit photos of needed street maintenance or safety issues! **Edit** I force closed and reopened the app. Am I supposed to share photos to a township email address that I find myself? If I tap send, it still asks me who I want to send it to like I'm just sharing a photo to anyone.
