We recommend using this App early in the morning in a quiet place using the earphones. Meditate every day even for a few minutes and after a short time you will notice the significant benefits that this practice can bring to your life.

In the second section you will have the opportunity to learn about the practice of body scan.
The third section of the App will help you to meditate autonomously, you will have the possibility to select the duration of the session as you wish.
