2026-06-18	Pa*****	Here's something no one thought of, add an option to apply Zettles CC fees to the total purchase with one tap. This isn't ridiculously hard but you're making it hard for us to justify using this service. I have to manually key in the amount after trying to remember 3 different percentage amounts for tap, card not present, etc. fees. Then I have to manually calculate the difference on top of the total causing me to lose time while at a customer location. Such a dumb oversight.

2026-06-15	Da*****	doesn't seem to work contactlessly with a few banks, not spotted a pattern but at least Natwest and Lloyds. Not ideal when you're working a taxi and need payments turned around quickly!

2026-06-13	Ma*****	Zettle informed that update needed before payment allowed went to store by pressing update request button then pressed install then message came "will be updated soon" update did not happen and could not get into zettle as it keeps throwing back to screen update requested. Was holding on the phone for 1hrs + I was told will transfer to zettle and I am still holding.
