I relied on this app to book a ticket for a family event. The unconfirmed booking meant I missed the family gathering. The fact that they offer a coupon instead of a proper refund is insulting. A coupon doesn't replace the lost time, the missed opportunity, or the stress caused by their failure to deliver. I now have to scramble to make alternative!!

Useless app!!! I booked tickets for my family through this app... Tickets were booked well in advance, however all the seats given to us were very random...Tickets were booked for 4 persons, where 3 person got same compartment and another one got totally different compartment and not even basic sense to assign Lower Birth to Senior citizens.... Would never recommend this app to anyone
