IWT helps you follow interval walking training without staring at your phone.

The app guides you through alternating fast and slow walking intervals using a large countdown timer, voice prompts, vibration, and lock-screen notifications. Start your walk, put the phone away, and let IWT tell you when to speed up, slow down, pause, resume, or finish.

Built around the popular Japanese interval walking method, IWT defaults to 3 minutes fast pace plus 3 minutes slow pace for 5 cycles, creating a simple 30-minute session. You can adjust the fast interval, slow interval, number of cycles, and starting pace to match your walk.
