1) Obtain a new phone number

The tedious process of obtaining a phone number can be completed easily in as little as one minute. There's no need to apply for a phone number or purchase a phone, reducing the number of steps required to start your business.

Obtaining a new phone number must be done via the webpage.

2) Customizable Text Playback

You can freely create AI-powered text to suit your business needs. You can also use recorded audio data. Support is also available in multiple languages, including English and Chinese.

3) Automatic SMS Responses

Pre-defined text can be automatically sent via SMS to the receiving phone number. It can provide the store address and directions.

4) Call Notifications (Email, Slack, LINE, Chatwork, Teams, App)
You can set up notifications to be sent to various tools when a call is received. You can check where the call came from and when it was received.
You can also send push notifications to apps.

5) Call Flow Creation

From the settings screen, you can create branching rules based on customer needs. You can freely create rules for automatic response or directing calls to a representative, depending on your needs.

6) Call Forwarding (Redirection)

You can forward calls to representatives based on the purpose and date/time. Connect only business partners and auto-answer the rest, allowing you to focus on business. You can also forward calls to pre-registered phone book entries without auto-answering.

7) Multiple Forwarding

If you have multiple representatives or multiple reception desks, you can specify multiple forwarding destinations. This prevents calls from being missed, even when someone is busy.

8) Voice Recording (Voicemail)

You can record customer messages (voicemail). Later, you can listen to the recording in the settings screen and call back according to the purpose, allowing for efficient response.

9) Customer Management

Manage customer and business partner information and view call history for each customer. You can also manage your whitelist.

10) Calling from the App

You can make calls from the app. This feature allows you to respond to customers even without a phone. You can also interact with customers while using the app.

You can view a list and detailed history of past phone conversations with customers. You can also manage information and share messages among staff members.

12) Whitelist/Blacklist

You can unconditionally forward calls from pre-registered numbers to a specified phone number or unconditionally return a fixed message. This service is recommended for phone numbers where you do not want to hear the announcement, such as calls from existing business partners or related parties.
