IV Hub Servicer helps approved healthcare service providers manage IV therapy appointments requested through the IV Hub platform.

Designed for individual servicers and wellness centers, the app provides tools to:
• Complete provider onboarding and submit verification information
• Configure service availability and operating schedules
• Receive, accept, or reject appointment requests
• View upcoming, completed, and missed appointments
• Manage rescheduling and cancellation requests
• Access appointment and customer service details
• Track journeys to customer locations when applicable
• Record required information and manage therapy progress
• Communicate about active appointments
• Manage inventory and welcome-kit products
• Review account activity, earnings, and withdrawal requests
• Manage clinic staff where available
• Receive appointment and account notifications

Provider accounts require review and approval before services can be offered. Features available to individual servicers and wellness centers may differ.
