I Am is a calm companion for the "Human Structure" practice.

This is not a habit tracker or a "success" course. It is a quiet space where you learn to notice your automatic reactions, gently separate from them—disidentify—and return to your true self. Disidentification is the core competency of this practice.

• Step-by-step theory. Short slide lessons cover the basics: what "I Am" is, how the three worlds are structured, where consciousness viruses come from, and what keys help break free from automatism.

• Diary of activations. Notice the moment when you "activated" and describe it without judgment. This way, automatic reactions stop controlling you unnoticed.

• Recapitulation. Calmly return to your past: what emotions and sensations you experienced, what lies behind them. A practice that helps release accumulated energy.

• Your Path. The app carefully stores your progress across practices and platforms so you can see the progress, rather than trying to push yourself by numbers.
