It's not enough that they force us to download a bloody app to purchase something. They also need to resort to dumb marketing tactics. I really do not need to know who bought what when I'm browsing. It keeps distracting the user and serves no purpose. It's much more annoying when there's no function to turn it off.

If you're gonna force people to download an app to make a small purchase, have more staff on hand. I saw a few people deciding to walk off without buying anything after they queued for a few minutes while a single staff was struggling helping people to download the app.

Ridiculous to force customers in the physical store to download the app and be a member before purchases can be made. Was in a rush, was attempting to purchase a pair of slippers from the physical store as my shoe strap suddenly gave way, but was stuck at the cashier trying desperately to download the app and sign up as a member, before I can pay for the slippers...

Was at Wheelock store around 6pm today. Paying for my purchase when I saw a quiet standing fan next to cashier. Asked the staff (young woman) for price as there was no price tag. Shocked when she said there's no way of finding out and It's $100 plus. Such laziness and store wasn't packed. All my previous Iuiga experience had been great till now. I checked the app and found it but decided to buy fan elsewhere. I can't support such a lousy attitude. N pricing isn't always the best.
