This is a garbage app. It was the app for a virtual 5k that I attempted to run this morning. After going past 3.1 miles (I know the course and have a fitness watch), it was showing that I had run .33 mile. Guess I'll run it again, and manually enter my time instead of trusting the app a 2nd time. Edit: I tried a 2nd time, same issue. Then i tried to manually enter my time, and it reset what I entered to say it took me 5 days to run the 5k. This app is a bad joke.

I paid $65 for a race on this app. I have the order number, it was on my account a few days ago, and today when I log it to run the race, it says I'm not registered. I tried to submit a help ticket and it does nothing when I hit submit. I've been trying to run this race for 14 years. Help me fix this and I will change the rating.
