This app had refused to register me after several attempt of inputting my details. It keeps saying something went wrong even when my details are entered currently Please do something about it Thank you very much

Since the recent update last month, it has been IMPOSSIBLE to open the app. it requires you input your phone number of registration, but after NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS with the correct phone number, it still has refused to open. EMDEX app has been one of the best things to happen to me since my days in Nursing School. Why this unnecessary update that has locked myself and many of my colleagues out? EMDEX Team we request you look into this soon. Just a few days from uninstalling.
