TalkTime

TalkTime is a mobile application that expands communication opportunities for people with disabilities using character sets for various social situations. It is designed for use on smartphones and tablets and supports Kazakh and Russian languages.

TalkTime is an alternative and augmentative communication (ACC) program designed for people with speech impairments, autism, brain injuries and other conditions that limit communication. The app helps users express their thoughts, emotions and make choices.
