Core Purpose:
The app enables journalists and field staff to capture and upload files (photos, videos, documents) directly from the phone storage to the internal CMS system.

Required Permissions:

All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): This is required to allow employees to select and upload files from shared storage such as Downloads, DCIM, and other folders, which are used for media capture and editing.

This permission is essential to ensure real-time reporting, especially when journalists are on the move.
