iTechDocs is a Shipping app that allows you to manage Proof of Delivery from the convenience of your smart phone or tablet. You can upload packing lists, attach notes, photos, and provide digital signatures as proof of delivery. iTechDocs is configured to be tightly integrated with primary systems such as the Dynamics family of ERPs, SAP, or Stratix for the metal industry. Specific transport numbers from your primary system can have the related shipping documents associated with them, with all the notes, photos, and proof of deliveries easily added by your Shipping personnel.
iTechDocs can work in offline mode for warehouses without wifi access. User-friendly, our mobile app digitizes, stores, and indexes all your shipping documents. Coming with cloud storage, you have a permanent library for searching and retrieving all your documents whenever required. You have an assortment of search criteria such as transport number, customer number, purchase order number, or order number. Your documents are never more than a finger tap away.
