Chango - Groups & Crowdfunding

Chango is Africa's leading contributions and crowdfunding platform designed by Africans for Africans. It supports private groups (closed groups with 100% transparency on funds, optional anonymity, and democratic disbursement) and public campaigns led by verifiable organizations, with funds disbursed to bank accounts or mobile wallets in Ghana. Private groups can be configured to allow member loans. Public groups pool donations from the general public with accountability to the campaign's organization. Common use cases include alumni fundraising, medical needs, bereavement support, emergencies, and family expense tracking (Allawa).

Chango supports Mobile Money (MoMo) and card payments. Group creation and cashouts are currently available in Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, and Liberia. Create a group today and fundraise with total confidence.
