User Reviews

The business has zero participant care. It's about money and an attempt to bring NDIS over to AI. However, many errors have been happening. Many invoices I declined via email got auto paid because I couldn't actually log into the app, nor get it working to properly approve nor decline. I've lost independence of my funds because it's not user friendly. Programs should be highly accessible for participants to use not just barely Plan Management friendly.
