Users praise DARB for being easy to use, fast, and generally useful for quick recharges. However, repeated issues drag down the experience: top-up failures featuring black screens and blocked screens; cards not saving, forcing re-entry of card details; frequent instability with outages; a high minimum top-up amount (50 AED) that many want lowered; and data problems such as saved info being deleted or dates displaying incorrectly. Additional nuisances include sporadic push-notifications, rating prompts, and occasional extra fees reported with TAMM. Overall, functioning well when it works, but reliability and UX need attention.
