MovetherS+

MovetherS is an application created by young groups animated by the Itaca Association to increase and implement healthy lifestyles.

By accessing the application through a personal account, you will be able to participate in the motor challenges offered daily, weekly and monthly. The challenges, suitable for all those who do not have particular motor impediments, and built on the basis of daily habits and commitments, were developed by the children as part of a path supported by industry experts to guarantee their scientific basis. Furthermore, by signing up to the application, you virtually meet in "MovetherS" groups based on the city/country you belong to. Thus, in addition to rewarding the individual participant, the average of each MovetherS Team will allow you to build a ranking between locations to also compete for the victory of a real local championship! A constantly updated section animated by health experts and nutritionists will dispense advice and curiosities to allow everyone to start and maintain habits aimed at living a healthy life!

In the app you will also find a section of pills on health, sport and nutrition written by the staff. You can always share your results via email and social media! In the app you will find reports on your lifestyle in the profile section to allow you to continually improve.

*MovetherS requires consent to access fitness data from the Google Fit app for Android, consent to use access to location when the MovetherS app is in use (this is necessary to correctly read data from Google Fit) and consent sending notifications to your mobile device (if you want to receive alerts).
