2024-01-06	Sk*****	It has been highlighted where the company not keeping their words, commitment, promises to complete the full and final settlement of amounts and pf funds are already deducted but not reflected in epfo portal. Employees of different department are receiving only dates and dates for closures. It's not anything personal but it's obviously official where company was not following any rules and regulations according to PAYMENT of WAGES ACT 1936.

2023-07-27	Sh*****	Worst experience. Never make bookings with masmedi. They send u fake booking confirmations & when u reach the lab/testing centre, there is no booking or appointment in ur name. The customer service is even worse. I spent 2 hours travelling in the traffic and heavy rain to reach the centre for my test and there is no appointment. Making an edit Coz of the support received frm Jiten Sapariya. My test was done successfully today after the reschedule and everything was smoothly executed as promised

2023-05-22	A *****	I booked through their app and have to say that this is the smoothest experience of all the health techapps I have ever used in past. the service was seamless end to end. their helpdesk team even followed up after the test to make sure my reports were in time. Thank God I found this app. Kudos to MasMedi.

2023-05-06	Um*****	Not happy. Payment failed however my account got debited. When I talked to the Customer Care executive he said there is no slot for tomorrow hence happened, I asked why my booking was taken then.
