No more read receipts, check marks, or blue double ticks! With [in]cognito, you can read messages from various chat apps without alerting the sender.

When a message arrives in a chat app, it will also appear in [in]cognito. There, you can read it at your convenience without notifying the sender.

Additionally, [in]cognito saves all deleted messages from WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber, and other apps, allowing you to secretly retrieve important messages.

You no longer need to disable the internet connection or use airplane mode. [in]cognito features a simple yet elegant design that makes managing your messages easy.

[in]cognito does not access any encrypted files. All data is securely stored on your device.

How It Works:
Messages are encrypted on your device, so [in]cognito can't access them directly. Instead, it reads messages from the notifications you receive and creates a message backup based on your notification history.

Limitations:
Please note that there isn't an official and supported way to read chat application messages. This is a workaround that may encounter limitations due to the selected messaging app or the Android OS:
1) Text messages are read via your notifications. If you have muted a chat or are currently viewing a message in the messaging app, you will not receive a notification, so [in]cognito can't save it. It's also impossible to show notifications/messages before you downloaded this app, so download it quickly!
2) If messages aren't being saved, it may be due to Android killing [in]cognito. Please remove [in]cognito from all battery optimization services.

Other limitations may be caused by your Android version or system language (especially if it is right-to-left). Feel free to contact us with any problems so we can try to fix them!
