There is no way to get your username and password retrieved if you forgot them. Tried uninstall to start over but no luck there either.

Your latest update broke the app completely for Samsung galaxy s9 plus devices. Tried reinstalling, restarting, etc but when opening the app it just sits on a perpetually unresponsive white screen. App works fine when it works, but since the update I cannot communicate with my Gate control.
