2025-01-26	Mi*****	Continually crashes. Won't clear cache. I locked the scooter for theft prevention and then couldn't get it to pair after my train ride. Had to push my scooter while it beeped. People thought I stole it. Stuck on KMH and cant change to MPah. App is horrible. Scooter is a fun.

2024-11-19	Do*****	I lock the scooter and the app bug right after. I had to move my scooter like I stole it. The app was great before, but if I can't use my scooter because of it now it very sucks. I'm gonna return that scooter right now

2024-11-04	Ak*****	Gave the app one star app was works fine then all of a sudden it crashes none stop I deleted the app to see if I could retry it then now I can't even log in or sign up I'm here walking home from work because the app won't work absolutely rubbish

2024-09-06	li*****	garbage, the scooters are great but the app closes itself even with a cleared cache and it don't upload a crash report at all. worst part is that it's a app used to track and lock your scooter and the damn thing don't work, but a bike lock instead of using it's free app.

2024-08-25	Co*****	Location on your phone needs to be on for the app to work. Was having the constant crashing issue to then turn phone gps on and crashing stopped immediately. So app works great when ya get this figured out.
