cannot connect, bluetooth signal from the logger always poor . please fix the problem .

Rarely connects to thier devices. I have used the app on a S10e and a brand new tab7. Nether work consistently. I belive the issue is in thier flow sensors as the BT is not visible to my scanner when they are not available to the app. The sensors are of poor quality, get what you pay for.
