AP Work Diary

This app is your personal tool. Once you install the app, data is installed on your device. You don't need the internet to use the app. This app is mainly for users to record the mount of work they do and how much they should be paid. For example clock-on time, how many scannables, UMS, Open Roads users take, what time they go out deliver and what time they come back, did they do a cut or do extra scannables and what time did they finish. It's up to the users if they want yo save these data or not. Only cut number or extra scannable number affect the divide allowance. Choose pay with Functional Allowance if you are doing AMD or working as a relief. And also the Finish Time will afftect your payment.

When users open the app, the first thing they see is that date's diary. You can enter data and save. If you have previously saved them, then you will see the saved data. You can also go into the settings by pressing the button. Then you can check if your regular start time of the day, normal hourly rate, divide allowance hourly rate are correct. You can adjust them to suit your own circumstances. They will affect the estimate of your payment.

On top of the first page, you can see three buttons. They are "Previous Day", "Calendar", "Next Day". You can click on the "Previous Day" to go to the previous day. You can click on the "Next Day" to go to the next day. You can also click on the "Calendar" to choose a specific day.
