| 2024-10-28 | Can not control the split California king base. It sees them but will not connect. Was told today they think they have the issue resolved but no word on update release. The last updated wan in 23 so I would hope it's coming soon. Until then use your remotes. | ||

| 2024-01-04 | There is an obvious problem with the Bluetooth connection you need to discover the new device every single time you want to use the app in fact you have to discover the frame and the mattress. When did tech support route they acted like it was the first time they ever heard this that you could regain functionality by discovering the device again | ||

| 2023-12-25 | The massager function in the app does not do a thing (timer & + - foot and head buttons do not work) along with the memory and the light button? All other functions do work. I deleted and updated it, and it is the same (on my Galaxy S21). The music timer does not function properly. All sound stops between 1 minute and 3 minutes, even when you set the timer from 1 to 8 hours. Lastly, I tried to load the app on my wife's phone (SM-A102U), and it won't get past the first screen (can't find pump). | ||

| 2023-09-01 | Need to remove and add the bed, base, and sleep sensor since the app stops being able to find them. When everything is connected, it will often take 2-4 times changing the firmness or base adjustments before anything actually happens. | ||

| 2023-08-21 | Hasn't been able to connect to the mattress since November. The error message is "An error has occurred and administrators have been notified." Don't know who the administrators are but nothing appears to happening. It's now August 2023. I can no longer sign in to the app at all. So no adjustment to the bed and no checking the data from the sleep bar. | ||
