2022-06-07	Ca*****	Completely rubbish. Impossible to register. We just wanted to check how many trips we had left on our cards but were asked to register. With a non French account I was sent an error message instead of the code and a French relative wasn't able to register due to the site being probably unavailable. A complete waste of time and space on the phone. Uninstalled straight away!

2022-04-10	Au*****	Payer un abonnement annuel pour des bus pas à l'heure (en avance ou en retard, heures de pointe ou pas), en plus d'une application qui ne sais pas quand les bus arrivent alors que c'est son unique fonction, sans cette dernière en faisant Google Maps en énormément moins bien, les organismes de transport public en France ont un sérieux problème.

2021-10-25	Au*****	L'application n'est pas précise, les bus sont soit en avance soit en retard malgré leur sorte de tracking en temps réel...comment est ce possible d'attendre 5 minutes à un arrêt de bus pour un bus devant arriver à un certain horaire et celui ci est en fait déjà passé ? Le service palm bus est d'ailleurs régulièrement problématique, les bus passant soit bien en avance soit bien après les horaires inscrits sur l'application et les vitres des arrêts.
