I used to love doing surveys and tests for Sago however, I participated in a conditioner survey through Focus Group in May and it's been a month since I requested a VIRTUAL VISA and haven't received it nor can I get a response. Really Disappointed.

I did a survey that last quite sometime and was issued 20,000 points which is 200.00 and I redeemed those points for a gift card and have yet to get it . I've emailed upwards of 20 times I've called requesting a call back and have gotten nothing but system responses stating they haven't recieved my points yet but b they did I have proof have provided that proof and yet have no recieved my reward. I'm frustrated beyond belief and still cannot get any responses from the company.

taking surveys for almost a year . Did a product test in SEPTEMBER didn't get paid until Jan 31 when I asked for my payout they locked me out of my account. I just finished a product test with them I sure I won't get paid for either what a scam!!! Update Had to use someone else's account to contact help desk to Ask Bout payment. Was locked out of my account and told it can take up to 20 days to pay however I waited from September to the end of Jan to even get credited.
