Profile Cut Plan

Profile Cut Plan is a simple and practical cutting planning tool designed to cut your steel/aluminum profiles with minimal waste.

The app works completely offline, requiring no internet connection or membership. Simply enter the cutting lengths, and the app calculates the most efficient layout for you.

What does it do?

• You define your profile length (e.g., 6000 mm) and the sawing allowance (e.g., 3 mm).

• You add different piece lengths and quantities to the list.

• The app uses a Best Fit Decreasing algorithm to calculate the used length and waste by placing the profiles.

For each layout type, you'll see detailed information:

  – Number of profiles used
  – Profile length
  – Length used
  – Waste length
  – Number of cuts
  – Cuts (example: 2 x 2533 mm, 3 x 231 mm)
 General Summary screen displays
• Total profile count
• Total waste (in mm and meters)
• Total waste rate (%)

Sharing and printing
• You can share your calculated report as text (via WhatsApp, email, etc.) or copy it to other platforms.
