Not what I expected. updating your app to fix a compatibility issue with android, that doesn't actually fix the connection issue. You literally state" We have identified a global issue affecting the iRobot Home App on Android devices, preventing users from completing the setup process. A fix has been tested successfully and will be rolled out in the upcoming app update, Version 7.17.6. Note: Version 7.17.6 was released Jan 28th 2026. Please check the app store for the latest version."

the app refuses to connect to my wifi no matter how many times I verify that it is on and working. resetting the device and wifi does nothing and customer support tells me nothing. sick of this thing just sitting and collecting dust
