2024-08-05	Ya*****	It's fine, it now clocks the time it takes to look for new items but it seems like every time they improve it some feature doesn't work or some other thing goes wrong. For instance there's some kind of upgrade right now but it won't let me upgrade, it just sends me back to the screen to sync, when I try to sync it sends me back to the screen to upgrade in an endless circle. If this doesn't resolve itself then the app is effectively useless and I can't work.

2023-10-20	Gi*****	App has been glitching out majorly on task ISM descanting in caps and it will put those items I scanned on a previous scan I watched it do it not to mention that it crashes when I'm scanning and I watch it say uploading right after I scan an item so I don't know what is going on with that but it needs to be looked at and I'm a current employee of scanscape iri world

2022-08-01	A.*****	The app is ok but better with a hand held scanner. One scan from camera option is inaccurate (Xxing)? and thr other bogs down the machine so much it isn't worth using (Google). As far as the job goes, you only scan what qualifies as a display unless it is a special task and not entire store.

2022-08-01	T.*****	During data collections it turns on my android's flashlight and overrides the option to turn it off through the cell phone. The flashlight is a rapid draining of the cell battery which costs me time taken to recharge the battery during my workday.
