I've used three activation codes now and I still can't use the app. It is useless.

This worked well to start with. It stopped today when I went to log my injection. Wouldn't recognise my (correct) pin. Wouldn't let me reset it. Then I got a message to say all my information has been erased. If I can't trust the app to work, then it is useless. I've uninstalled it.
