IPTAS

Meet IPTAS — Interactive Personal Training AI System.

The personal coach with one client: you.

IPTAS is an AI fitness coaching app powered by Claude, Anthropic's most advanced AI model. Built around the idea that you deserve a coach who actually knows you, IPTAS replaces generic workout plans with programs designed around your goals, schedule, equipment, dietary preferences, and fitness level.

WHAT MAKES IPTAS DIFFERENT
═══════════════

★ A coach, not a video library
Most fitness apps drop you into a library of workouts and leave you alone. IPTAS gives you a coach you can talk to. Ask questions. Get form cues. Adjust your plan. Discuss why your knee feels off after yesterday's leg day.

★ Plans that adapt
Your coach reviews your goals, recent logs, soreness reports, sleep, and stress before generating each plan. Update your goal, hit a plateau, come back from injury — your plan rewrites itself.

★ Logging that's actually fast
Workouts: tap to start, pause if you need to, log sets/reps/weight/RPE inline. Meals: type, photo, voice, or pick from your favourites. Body metrics, hydration, soreness, cardio, mobility — every modality in one place.

★ The chat works
Your coach has full context — your profile, your recent workouts, your meal history, your mood today. Ask about progression, programming questions, what to eat for dinner with 60g protein left, or just talk through how the session felt.
