Pros

Easy to use interface.
Ability to sort by multiple LRT stations and set budget limits simultaneously, saving time on location discovery.
App can perform its intended job despite inefficiencies.

Excessive and intrusive third-party ads like Lazada ads disrupting user experience.
Presence of many misleading or fake property listings with inaccurate photos and details.

Recent reviews

When click back to the property listing, it will not stay at last viewed property. It will back go to the first property. I need to scroll down again and again.

Found most of the ad show or list does not reflect the actual properties. They give the heading which misleading people to click for interest. When agent call up, it recommended different type of properties.
