Track Counter TV

Track Counter TV is a customer-facing Android TV app that shows the current availability of service counters in real time.

The app connects to a Track Counter-enabled store and displays all counters in a clear, easy-to-read layout. When a counter becomes available, customers are notified with an on-screen alert and a voice announcement.

Key Features
Real-Time Counter Status — See which counters are FREE or BUSY.
Live Updates — Counter changes appear automatically on the TV display.
Availability Announcements — A voice announcement identifies newly available counters.
On-Screen Notifications — A clear popup alerts customers when a counter becomes free.
Always-On Display — Designed to remain visible continuously on a shop's TV screen.
Easy Store Setup — Link the display to a store using a 6-digit secret key.

SmartCounter Display helps businesses keep customers informed about counter availability without requiring staff to make manual announcements.
