The app supports municipalities and service providers in conducting and documenting road inspections on the go. Damage and irregularities can be recorded and clearly documented directly on-site using a smartphone or tablet.

Important information is automatically saved for each recorded instance of damage, including the inspector, date, time, and GPS data or precise geocoordinates. Photos are directly assigned to the respective damage, eliminating the need for subsequent assignment on a computer.

Pre-defined catalogs facilitate quick and standardized data entry. Streets, types of damage, areas, accessories, location, and dimensions can be selected without cumbersome keyboard input. The catalogs are interchangeable and can be maintained by the user.

The recorded data forms the basis for municipal road inspection logs, inspection records, repair orders, statistics, and other analyses. Geocoordinates are also available for use in map applications, on computers, or in GIS systems.

A proprietary method for displaying damage on a map and determining precise geocoordinates has been developed and patent protection has been applied for at the German Patent and Trademark Office. The official file number is: 20 2021 106 025.5.
