There are about 250 employees who can book their break fast or lunch. The caterer would bring the required quantity of food based on the meals booked. On booking a meal, the admin department can create a list of people who have booked the meal. Also the total quantity of meals are got which is sent to the caterer. As the caterer gets the food, the list of people who have booked the meal is given to the caterer who get the signature from the person against his/her name on the list.
