• Overnight check: how much your phone lost while it sat idle, compared with your own normal
• Daily report: today's screen-on vs standby drain, and whether standby is higher than usual — something Android's own battery screen doesn't keep track of from day to day

• Capacity estimate vs. your phone's design capacity, from a rolling average of your last several full charge cycles — with implausible sessions automatically filtered out
• Your battery's charge-cycle count, on Android 14 and later where the phone reports it

WHY TRUST THE NUMBERS
Battery Monitor reads directly from Android's battery and power APIs — the same low-level data your OS itself uses — and is upfront in-app about where it's estimating (like per-app battery share, since Android doesn't expose a true per-app battery API to normal apps) versus measuring directly.
