In Taobao, it stated that the goods are already delivered, but there is no update on either the web or the app. I tried to ask the customer service a few times. They still insisted that if the goods is there. The web will be updated. Unlike the other companies, which they immediately show in the warehouse in line with the notification in Taobao. So disappointed with this company.
