Opiniones de usuarios

Reviews are predominantly negative. The most repeated concerns are general reliability problems, sign-in or connection failures, and difficulty accessing or completing work orders. Several users also report trouble taking or uploading photos. A small number say the app can serve its purpose once learned, but recurring technical and usability problems often interfere with work.

Ventajas

Can handle basic work-order tracking once users learn how to use it.

Contras

Frequent glitches, errors, and long loading times make the app unreliable.
Repeated problems signing in, connecting to servers, and accessing the correct work orders.
Taking and uploading job photos is unreliable, with camera, upload, and photo-quality issues.
Navigation and check-in/check-out workflows are difficult or inconsistent.

Reseñas recientes

App is garbage if i could give negative stars i would. Every page has to load and at times it just stays on the please wait blue circle loading prompt for way to long. Need to fix this hole app because it is infuriating. It also will only load your pictures one at a time if it even will load them and just come back with ERROR. You can't upload multiple pictures at once. This app is trash and the team that made it should all lose their jobs for being incompetent.
