2025-01-25	Ka*****	I have changed my opinion on this app. RUN IF YOU CAN! Don't be tempted. It was the best app for me at first but from last year it has totally changed. I still have a cashout on audit for almost a year now soooo this app is officially history. Totally disappointed!! What I hate the most is that whenever you contact support, they apologize and say your cashout will be put in the next batch. Guess what? They are just fooling you. It will be stuck forever. Can't believe that I once gave it a 5 🌟.

2025-01-09	Hu*****	I really loved using this app, but this year has been ridiculous (due to a lack of a better word). After 6 months I am still waiting for my cash back to be paid out. Always getting the same feedback 'system update' with no actual feedback on ETA. Last update was that the payout will happen between 15 and 25 business days, that gone and went and still nothing! I am very disappointed!

2024-12-21	B *****	Dec '24, Thank you to Toxi for prompt response to my emails, Payment was received in the time frame promised, 2 months after cashing out. Don't waste your time. It was a great app, once. Now I'm getting the same run around as all the other reviews here. I really wish they could be reported to a business bureau or investigated. They must be paid to promote products to be able to offer cash back but it seems like they are bankrupt imo.

2024-11-21	Le*****	Update: Almost four months after my original review and still only automated responses when I send emails. Don't waste your time with this app. The app was nice for a while, untill I wanted to cash out recently. Been waiting for more than three months now without any help. Massive waste of time as it seems they don't pay out anymore. Disappointed!!!

2024-11-07	Ka*****	2 months in and still not paid out. They've become very unprofessional and unreliable. No longer efficient or worth it. It used to work well, cashouts were never a hassle. Not sure what went wrong, but their cash outs are no longer being processed and they do not respond to queries. UPDATE: STILL HAVEN'T BEEN PAID OUT, SINCE 11/05/2024. WORST EXPERIENCE SINCE I STARTED USING THE APP. UPDATE: 19/09/2024 Cashout still under audit. 06/11/2024 Still no payout. The past doesn't invalidate curre nt.

2024-11-05	Al*****	Payout does not happen, I've been struggling for more than a year to get payout. I've even added different banking details. Customer service does not resolve the issue and most of the responses are generic, also various times they said it has been resolved and will be paid with next run, but no payment happens. Would not recommend this app!

2024-10-20	Ay*****	This app sucks, been waiting from March to be paid out, only to be told, mines was selected for auditing, really, how long does it take to view a few slips/receipts, so sick of the generic response, they changed over to a new software system. Let's not get into the take multiple pics for lengthy slips, only to be told blurry image or some of the slip is cut off, really, from the 20 pics I sent thru, u still can't seem to view my slip, pathetic service. DONT WASTE UR TIME WITH THIS APP, IT SUCKS!

Surely it can't take this long. The coupons are also not consistent. I rarely find fruit and veg anymore, and many products are either hair products or bulk purchases. Snap and Save, if your response is going to be that you have paid out x amount since 2015, don't bother. It's 2024 now, and clearly not the same as back then.

2024-09-30	Di*****	Snap and Save is an absolute joke! Don't bother installing it. There is no rewards. They send automated emails for delays for non payment. System updates, audits, payment got stuck in system - some of the numerous excuses. UPDATE 30/09/204: Thanks for the response but it doesn't change anything. I've removed this app. False marketing and a total gimic!
