2024-08-13	Sh*****	Worst app simply charging money for booking and cancelling the booking from their side and not refunding it back. I lost 1000 for this scammers.

2022-10-05	Te*****	Please don't expect you will get desired rooms with the pgo , i tried for single share accomodation around Gachibowli area and paid amount as well , amount got deducted within seconds, but host not accepted the same , so they told to look for other rooms but they are not able to find and finally I cancelled booking and they told they will deduct some charge , ok fine but they didn't return money yet after 5 days of cancellation, so please don't believe them try alternative options,

2022-08-20	Dh*****	Similar experience shared by another user. Selected the property, went for the visit and then had to call the contact centre and through them , I got to know that owner is not answering the call. So visit next time. Who is going to waste the time visiting next time!

2022-08-09	MK*****	Despite selecting for Women only, seeing all Men hostels. If an App cant acheive this much, what else will you expect. Useless interface, very low no of properties, can not call the owner to understand more. Just waste of time .

2022-05-20	Sa*****	The customer support is is responsive in PGO but one issue I gound is that the property host do not bother to respond to bookings and property details are not updated on app. Even for verified properties it seems. Maybe the developers could introduce a real time availability feature for guests to look for bed availability at the PG of their choice.

2021-07-14	om*****	Edit: this app deserves 0 stars. Otp verification failed multiple times. Worst app. After payment and confirmation of 2-3 times.I went to the hostel. But the hostel owner denied check in. I wasted money on membership also.Most of the Hostels are not accepting if you book through this app. Be careful.

2021-01-10	Sa*****	Very useful app to search for hostels. They have kept every hostel with perfect location of Google map, appreciate the team. But filter search needs to be improved when user selects multiple filters and search it.

2019-09-27	A *****	Worst app..the properties which are verified are also of worst Condition...also they dont provide owners contact number and by single room they mean a bed in a kitchen...the pictures are also different from what is shown.. Stop making fool of us.. Don't install this app..u can install if u want to waste your time

2019-08-27	A *****	I tried contacting some properties (Apartments). However, it gets re-routed to the customer care where no one picks up. Without that the app is useless for me. Please let me know when is the appropriate time to contact the customer care. Will change my ratings accordingly.
