2024-01-20	Th*****	Both times I needed large items moved and Droppa came through for me. Made the moving process easy. I see a lot of mixed reviews but it worked great for me in Jozi and Cape Town.

2022-11-18	Sy*****	1st booking was awesome. But the secoñd, had to call the drivers and meet them 500m away from the house to get them home. Even now it's been 2 weeks they haven't closed the booking on the app.

Delivery taking two weeks to be delivered always telling me stories as if I'm a baby, if you value your business don't ever use this nonsense called droppa. I don't even know if they are running a business or chreche. They don't even update your parcel on the app so you have to call them in oder to ask how far is your oder.

And then a 10pm it shows on the tracking as not delivered, business closed Second day same story.. Why do we give you guys the cellphone number of the recipient if you can't be bothered to call them.. I then sent numerous emails to ask whats going on but no response..

2021-05-30	Ju*****	5 stars for the service! Very convenient, affordable and reliable. The app itself isn't great though. It crashed many times and I've had to reinstall it twice for it to finally work.

2021-01-03	A *****	Pathetic service!! Zero stars from me. Try phoning them, can't get through. Truly disappointing! Requesting a refund for sure. My parcel appears to have been delivered according to their system but it was never picked up. Super easy to book a pick up and pay and that's where it ends. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for the parcel to be picked up!!!

2020-12-29	Ni*****	Worst service ever. Application does not allow you to fill in your exact address if you live in a complex. I will NEVER use this service again. It is taking more than 6 days to deliver a parcel from PTA to Midrand!!!!
