Aplicativo muito intermitente, você nunca sabe quando conseguirá logar, parece que estou usando app de instituições públicas. Ao abrir chamado você só pode aguardar uma resposta, não é possível inserir um contraponto para continuar o assunto, precisando abrir outro chamado. A BP8 deveria focar mais na TI, pois seria um passo inovador de contato com clientes.
