2023-05-24	Am*****	Somehow I have been locked out of the app. I need to enter a pattern to get in which I never set. Don't know what's going on. The forgot password takes u to a security question which again I never set. So basically I am stuck. My child enrolled with them as no idea or he is an award winning actor.

2022-08-23	Me*****	After opening the app it starts loading for eternity. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times still app doesn't go frwd from loading. Very bad experience

2022-08-03	Ra*****	This app gives me nightmares. The app crashes so much especially on result days. And it always has some issue. I would really suggest to improve the app and prepare it for high amounts of traffic as well as just general fixes for bugs and glitches. A little attention can really help better the users experience.

2022-05-12	Ma*****	I was able to pay fees through credit card before but in this upgrade using Nift epay, I don't see option for credit card. It only allows through bank account and not all banks are included. Can you add Standard Chartered or Mezan bank or credit card?

2020-12-31	Ah*****	Unable to login. Not receiving pin code vis SMS. Only receiving one pin code through email. The app can't send SMS to ported numbers on other networks. Kindly provide feature to your PROs for selecting the SIM network provider
