I'm facing problem while booking the rides because i have to choose a specific bus stop only then can i book the ride...otherwise it shows no shuttle availability...while after speaking with drivers they said we are always there but it shows no availability...so, i think it needs improvement in connectivity of each stop.. but i must say the drivers are super nice and supportive...that's why 3 stars...
