elbMOBIL

The new MOBILITY in the Winsener Elbmarsch: you can easily book your trip using the app - without a timetable, without long lead times. We are there for you Monday to Friday from 5 a.m., on weekends and public holidays from 8 a.m. In the evening you can use our service until 11 p.m. - on weekends and holidays even until 2 a.m.! The elbMOBIL operates at the normal HVV tariff plus a comfort surcharge of 1 euro.

And this is how it works:

ENTER YOUR STARTING AND DESTINATION ADDRESS

We'll show you immediately which elbMOBIL can pick you up where and when. You will either be driven from your exact starting address to a stop, or we will take you from a stop to the exact destination address. The app determines the exact entry and exit point - be sure, we will always find the fastest way for you!

You can go anywhere within the Elbmarsch municipality. You can also drive from the Elbmarsch to Winsen and from Winsen into the Elbmarsch. For trips within Winsen (with all Winsen districts) please use the city or regional buses or the call-line taxi.

BOOK YOUR RIDE
As soon as we have found a suitable elbMOBIL for your request, you can book your trip. With the app you can follow live exactly where your elbMOBIL is on the way to you.

TAKE OTHERS WITH YOU
During the journey, other passengers who have a similar destination may board. Through these car pools, we can bundle several trip requests, relieve our vehicles and thus the roads and therefore also the environment.

PRICE
The on-demand traffic is integrated into the HVV tariff system (https://www.hvv.de/de/fahrkarten/einzelkarten-tageskarten/uebersicht) and is only available with a surcharge on the HVV ticket of 1 € per Person and trip added. You pay the surcharge directly in the app with a stored credit card.
Do you use the elbMOBIL as a feeder to further bus lines or to the train within the HVV? Then you can buy your HVV ticket for the entire journey in the elbMOBIL.

RATE YOUR RIDE
Once you have reached your destination, you can give us feedback and rate your journey. Finally, we will navigate you to your final destination via the app (if necessary).
