The application follows a controlled workflow where users authenticate through role-based login (Employee/Appraiser), scan a secure QR code to initiate a jewel loan case, and upload high-quality images of jewellery ornaments in real time. Built-in validation rules ensure that only original, clear, and compliant images are submitted, reducing manual errors and rework.
