Tazar is a mobile app designed to minimize landfill waste by facilitating the collection of recyclable materials across Kyrgyzstan's cities including Bishkek, Osh, Karakol, Naryn, and Talas. It features an interactive map showing reception points, enables users to request home collection of recyclables, and provides an educational eco-guide on proper sorting techniques.

The app supports personal accounts for both citizens and collectors. Users can notify collectors about available recyclable materials, facilitating efficient pickup routes. Additionally, citizens earn points redeemable for goods or services from Tazar partners, fostering a community driven by responsible consumption and environmental stewardship.
